Ni Hao! My name is Jason Chen and I was born in Xiamen, China in 1972. As a young boy I left China in 1977 to reside in Hong Kong until my family and I were able to move to the United States in 1980. I currently live in Queens, NY and have been living in New York for the past 25 years. I am able to speak 5 different dialects of Chinese. My time here in the Untied States has transitioned me into many different fields. My first job was with my father who owned a Chinese food restaurant. From there I became greatly interested in the sales field. I sold many different products, but nothing compared to the automobile industry. I first started out in a car leasing company and quickly worked my way up to becoming a car salesman here at Helms Bros. Mercedes Benz for almost 7 years. Every year I sponsor the hole in one golf outing for the Chinese World Journal. I like to spend time with my wife and two children's and go on family vacations. I've been to many dealerships before and I've dealt with many dishonest sales reps. Jason Chen is not one of them, Jason is a very good sales rep and will take very good care of you. He'll work very hard many dishonest sales reps. Jason Chen is not one of them, Jason is a very good sales rep and will take very good care of you. He'll work very hard to earn your trust and business. I highly recommend Jason Chen for anyone looking to get a Mercedes Benz. My family has been dealing with Helms Bros. for almost 50 years. Helms Bros is a very good dealership compared to other Mercedes dealerships. While my family has been dealing with Helms Bros for a very long time, I made a mistake with my last Mercedes Benz and went to the Mercedes dealership in Roslyn. Big Mistake!! They tried to scam me, lie to me, and do everything a Used car dealership would do to rip you off. So, I went back to Helms Bros. for my current car which I got during the summer of 2023. Unfortunately, the new car I got is having a lot of issues and I'm hoping Helms Bros. will take care of me and make everything right. For now, I'm giving Helms Bros. 5 stars. Jason did a great job searching inventory to match me with a GLE that has my required options. He works with an assistant, Hoover, who also took care of paperwork and also answered more of my questions. with a GLE that has my required options.
