We were shopping at other dealerships and we just could not find the comfort and trust we had at Rowe and specifically with Jason. We needed someone who had the empathy, compassion and patience to help us because our credit just wasn’t great - a result of the things we had happen to us. So back to Jason and Rowe we went. I found a guy I could totally relate to that spoke straight. We joked about being "Old School," but there's no better description. Jason Burns was able to share information without embellishment; sharing positives and correcting my misconceptions in a non-judgemental manner that made me feel as though I was speaking with a good neighbor across the driveway fence. The product is a superior piece of mechanized technology, as I am learning more and more each day.
