Car shopping is not really a favorite thing for us to do. In the past, sales reps have been pushy and would not listen to our needs both in what we need in a vehicle and where we wanted to be financially. I saw a truck on cars.com and contacted Rowes. Immediately I felt this was going to be a better experience. My 11 year old son joined me for the day and we actually had fun. Jason listened to us and helped us find a truck that suited our needs. My son kept saying how friendly everyone was and what fun he was having. Ray was very helpful and supportive as well. He explained everything very clearly. It was by far the best car shopping experience we have ever had and most importantly we found a truck that matches our needs. My husband is thrilled with the truck! Thanks for the fantastic service! We'll be back! More

After researching my next car online, I settled on the 2013 Santa Fe Sport. I wanted a very specific model, package and color.
