sales person is great, but after you buy the car that doesn’t do you any good. ! Service is disorganized…,loaner car and valet service is not reliable…Service department doesn’t communicate with one an doesn’t do you any good. ! Service is disorganized…,loaner car and valet service is not reliable…Service department doesn’t communicate with one another… the person who held the place together Danielle is no longer there… a huge loss. ! Brianna is trying and is good …lol it suppose to be Lincoln with impeccable service not what it use to be. Service knew i was annoyed and didn’t have the courtesy to reach out to me! However lincoln vehicles are amazing just sad that this dealership isn’t what it should be! More

I have never been disappointed in my life , i owned Lincoln car Almost 10 years i went to this dealer by following my appointment it was factory recall and oil change .Michael told me it takes day or Lincoln car Almost 10 years i went to this dealer by following my appointment it was factory recall and oil change .Michael told me it takes day or two so we offer you a rental car and we will call you when its done .one week passed and two and three weeks passed i been patient the whole time in mean time i been calling and check my car status he always said tomorrow and give me the same excuse the stuff is short and filially after 21 days i spoke to the manager his name is Jason and He told me the same excuses All i told him was can i get my car ? i don't need any kind of service just let me get my car because this is not normal i thought the brake my car or something happened. He was ok with that i just drove over got my car the finished oil change with no charge even it doesn't make me feel better . All i said to Jason how do feel about this as a manager ,he just apologize but i was so angry at all .Never going back to that dealer . More
