I had a recall on my 2021 Kia Seltos that destroyed my engine and i thought it was going to take months for them to get a new engine in because it was placed on backorder, but just two months of the car b engine and i thought it was going to take months for them to get a new engine in because it was placed on backorder, but just two months of the car being broken and 1 month of the dealership having it they had it fixed. I was surprised. More

If you want any type of help or need anything after you have given them your money, do not use this dealership. I bought my car in September and still have an unresolved issue that has yet to be fixed. Wil have given them your money, do not use this dealership. No loaner car for me to use My car is involved in the class action lawsuit in which the engine has completely failed on me now and will not pay upfront costs of having it towed to the dealership. It’s K class action lawsuit in which the engine has completely failed on me now and will not pay upfront costs of having it towed to the dealership. It’s Kia’s responsibility to pay for towing costs plus rental fees. More
