John Heil was extremely helpful during my emergency service. I called up on a Monday morning and he got me right in. We didn't know what the issue was but he made sure I was accomodated. He contacte service. I called up on a Monday morning and he got me right in. We didn't know what the issue was but he made sure I was accomodated. He contacted Enterprise to get me a vehicle and followed up until I went there to pick up the vehicle.
