We didn't need to think twice about going back to visit Jared. The process of purchasing a car from Jared was excellent as expected, we agreed upon the numbers and moved forward with the deal. Everything was very transparent and explained to us well. The car was washed and ready for us to take home and the features of the car were all demonstrated to us before we left. Unfortunately in the past we have visited some other Ford dealerships in the DFW area where you get the typical 'car salesman' type rep and much higher numbers. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership in terms of great service, great inventory, and an efficient and stress free car buying experience. Thank you again Jared! We love our new Explorer!! Let me expalin why: I first stopped into the Carrollton store on a hot day just to look with my wife. Jared helped us understand the choices we had and thoroughly knew the cars and features. He walked us around the lot while we just brainstormed ideas. We left that day never feeling any pressure. He followed up in a friendly way but we were not ready to buy. A few months later, on a rainy day, we stopped by to narrow our choices. Jared walked us around on that damp day again patiently helping us with info anf some indicative pricing. We left that day not feeling any pressure giving us time think about choices and our budget. A week later the sales Manager Bobby Richardson followed up and very nicely discussed our needs and pricing. Ultimately, within a day Jared and Bobby worked to get us into our preferred car and within our budget. All the while, I never felt pressured. I didn't need to tall Jared what price range My sales consultant was Jared Wingard and he was 3 steps in front of me during this whole sales process. I didn't need to tall Jared what price range I wanted to be in but one time! I only had to tell Jared I wanted "more options" but one time! Jared went to the back office and came back out and offered me the Titanium model in my price range, no back and forth.. I was so greatfull my 19 year old daughter purchased her first car while we were there. I have purchased somewhere in the neiborhood of 10+ vehicles is the past 15 years between me, my wife and 3 daughters. And the last two we brought home yesterday were both leases, so I WILL BE BACK in a few years.... Thank you Jared! More
