I decided to contact Rosen online. I immediately received a call from the manager and Jared Shaw. Jared sent me pictures of the vehicle online with pricing options before going to his office. He was even willing to come in on his day off to assist as I was concerned about finding a car due to my lease ending. When I arrived, he was transparent, upfront and extremely helpful with my finance options. I drove away with my new Santa Fe! I would definitely recommend this dealership, especially Jared Shaw! As a credit to him and to the Rosen dealership there was NEVER a bait and s Jared really KNOWS his cars. He was very laid back and great to work with. As a credit to him and to the Rosen dealership there was NEVER a bait and switch move put on us at all (in other words, try this car out, then oops, it's been sold but this other car is even better, just costs a little more and isn't really exactly what you want). He and the dealership were honest and gave us a very good and fair price for our trade-in (and the price quoted was the price given at the purchase time, not like the price suddenly was lower by the dealer at time of purchase [GMC, OK, it was 20 years ago]). I highly recommend Jared and Rosen Hyundai. More
