I have been in the business over 18 YEARS now. I have learned a lot over the years and continue to grow every day. I provide a fun, no hassle buying experience. I purchased a vehicle remotely, which is always fraught with anxiety. There was an unexpected glitch with the vehicle during preparation for me to pick it up - which we knew about only after I had already with anxiety. There was an unexpected glitch with the vehicle during preparation for me to pick it up - which we knew about only after I had already flown there one-way to pick up the car. We renegotiated, came to an agreement which included shipping, and I flew home without the car. After coordination, about a week later the car arrived to me on a trailer directly from the dealer, and was honestly better than I had expected. Both the dealership and I remained congenial, and the transaction was a positive one. This could have gone so wrong, but it did not - the dealership was professional and apologetic. I am not local, obviously, but I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership based on my experiences. More
