The service department at Hawk Ford of St. Charles is great. Everything went smoothly. I was given a ride to my chiropractor and was able to take care of myself at the same time. The staff was kind and professional. I booked my appointment using the ford app, and received a confirmation via email. When I showed up at the designated appointment time, the dealershi I booked my appointment using the ford app, and received a confirmation via email. When I showed up at the designated appointment time, the dealership had no record of my appointment and some confusion ensued. They did however fit me in and had great communication. I’d say the issue is not with the staff or dealership, but rather the electronic appointment interface. More

Brought the vehicle in for repair, they diagnosed it, 2 weeks later I had to go back and pick up the vehicle, with no work completed to use for a trip. Brought the vehicle back for the diagnosed repairs, 2 weeks later I had to go back and pick up the vehicle, with no work completed to use for a trip. Brought the vehicle back for the diagnosed repairs, 2.5 weeks later the repairs where complete and did NOT solve the issue. They attempted to rebalance the front wheels and rebalanced them improperly. They told me that's all they could help me with and sent me on my way. More
