In the last several years, we have worked with Jamie Kwak and she is not only knowledgable, but she is extremely pleasant and easy to work with. We could not be more thrilled. It's great to refer others to her and the dealership and then others have had the same great experiences. For the 2019 Jeep we just bought, Jamie searched for the exact car that we requested and was so helpful in completing the deal for us. She is awesome. We have no hesitation recommending Jamie and Bettenhausen Chryser Jeep. We would not buy a car from anyone else. More

Best buying experience ever! Jamie was the best sales person I’ve ever dealt with. She greated me by name at the door, had my vehicle all ready for a test drive and worked with me Jamie was the best sales person I’ve ever dealt with. She greated me by name at the door, had my vehicle all ready for a test drive and worked with me through the entire purchasing experience from introduction to delivery. Bettenhausen uses all salaried vs. commissioned salespeople. I believe it makes for a kinder, gentler process. No high pressure. I’d definitely recommend Jamie and Bettenhausen to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle, now or in the future. More

Jamie made the process so easy and simple Jamie was a pleasure to work with. Car buying/shopping can tend to be a bit overwhelming and stressful. Jamie put me at ease from the moment she greeted me at the door. She answered all my questions, followed up with me, always asked me what I wanted, and came across as someone who truly cares. I would recommend her to friends/family and even strangers to work with. If only every sales person and dealership took the time that she did car buying would be a walk in the park. Bettenhausen highly recommmended Jamie is very knowledgeable on all the aspects of the vehicles she sells, there wasn't a question she could not answer.
