Least stressful car buying experience ever I was coming off lease of my 2015 Grand Cherokee fully intending to upgrade to a BMW, Audi, or Volvo. However, the experience I had with Jamie @ Bette I was coming off lease of my 2015 Grand Cherokee fully intending to upgrade to a BMW, Audi, or Volvo. However, the experience I had with Jamie @ Bettenhausen convinced me to stay with the Jeep family and grab a new one. No pressure, direct answers and transparency into the deal structure. She is also the only car dealer I've ever dealt with who actually knew as much about the car as I did (how sad, right?)! Would recommend everyone come back - and talk to Jamie. More

What a Difference 10 Years Makes! I am someone who takes care of their vehicle and is thorough in finding the right dealer and replacement car when the time comes. After having my cur I am someone who takes care of their vehicle and is thorough in finding the right dealer and replacement car when the time comes. After having my current SUV for 10 years, I was hesitant to go through the experience of hidden costs, dishonest sales people and pressure to buy that I experienced all those years ago. Nothing could be further from the truth at Bettenhausen. I had the pleasure to work with Jamie Kwak and can only hope she is still around in 2, 5 or 10 years when I am in the market again. Jamie was very knowledgeable, honest and upfront with how the entire process would be. She understood that I spent a lot of time doing my own research and had already narrowed down my choice to a few Jeep Cherokees, so there was no need to cover every detail which made the process go by much quicker than I anticipated. At the same time, she also answered any questions that I had and provided various finance options that made the financing decision incredibly easy. All the while I did not feel pressured at all and with hers and everyone else's friendly personality that I encountered, I can honestly say I truly enjoyed the car buying experience. All of that on top of the best deal and price that I found for any dealership in the SE Illinois/NW Indiana area.
