On Saturday, I found 21 years old Mercedez AMG 55 SL on the web site. Jamie texted me video and photos of this SL. I made an appointment with Jamie at 11am on Sunday. I was impressed how well they take care of their cars and customers. I felt so confident that I can even buy this21 years old car from this dealership! My partner purchased from Benz and Beemers A few years ago and loved the experience. When we drove up (on the sidewalk, no less) Jamie came out to greet us with a smile and told us where to park. He then took us all around and showed us what was available in our price range. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a car. He introduced us to all of the people within the organization, including his manager, the service manager, as well as the finance manager. Jamie is a top notch salesman. This was the 5th car I bought from this dealership. Having said that, his manager screwed me. I put $2K down on a Jag F Pace and told Jamie I would t This was the 5th car I bought from this dealership. Having said that, his manager screwed me. I put $2K down on a Jag F Pace and told Jamie I would take the car and would be back the following afternoon to settle up. They sold that car out from under me the following morning before I could get there. Had it not been for Jamie, I would have taken my business to Penske. I feel like I got screwed because they got more money or no trade in. I don’t know who the manager was. I bought an Audi but am disappointed at how this deal went down. Don’t know if I’ll go back next time. More
