Sales and finance was great but service was not. Had an issue with the truck and brought it back after the first day. Service center said they would get back to me and never did. It's a tough auto market right now, which added frustrations on both ends. Dealer did not fully honor lease incentive program listed on their website and confirmed via online sales support. They did work out a satisfactory agreement in the end, but it made the process more frustrating than necessary. Don and the rest of the crew were extremely nice and explained everything. If you can wait a few months to buy or lease a car, I would highly recommend doing so. Then you should have better options and incentives. More
