He not only educated me on the proper tire for my needs but also spoke with me about the pricing of different tires. He did an awesome job and was very very friendly. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced there. They have won over this consumer. Especially since I have had several bad experiences with other dealers trying to sell me more than what was needed or what I wanted. He listened and took care of business in a very timely manner. We called our salesman, Hunter McMillen and he had a driver out the next day to pick up our suburban and gave us a loaner vehicle to drive until ours was finished. They fixed our problem and had it back out to us the very next day. We are 2.5 hours away from Abilene. We could deal with a dealership closer to us, but the customer service we get at Holm Automotive is well worth it. Thank you to our salesman, Hunter and Jamie Avers in the service department.
