I contacted D&M just to see if there was any way that I could somehow get I was very impressed and satisfied with my experience at D &M auto leasing. I contacted D&M just to see if there was any way that I could somehow get out of the high interest car I was paying which I had negative equity in. On top of that, I am in the process of rebuilding my credit and my scores were below average. Truthfully, I didn't think that they were going to be able to assist me and was poised for Will to call and say that there was nothing they could do. To my surprise, he called me and explained that there was a program that could assist me and how it would benefit me now and in the future. After discussing the process, we agreed on the terms and the rest couldn't have been easier. More

Friends had recommended D&M in the past and I was very happy with the service I received from Will (James Williams). I was a little leery of the leasing process and going with a leasing company rather than a dealership and was afraid I would end up paying a lot more, but I felt like I got a great deal and Will made the process painless. He even met me at a dealership to drive the car I was interested in and acted on my behalf in the process. What I didn't realize is that he works with a fleet manager to make sure I get a great deal, and that I am both a customer of the dealership and receive the perks that go with that (in this case Park Place Lexus) and the benefits of being a D&M customer. James was very patient and did a great job explaining everything to me. He has provided great service after the sale too and gets back with me right away when I have a question. I would highly recommend D&M and especially Will (James Williams)! More

First Time Leaser and so happy that I chose D&M I requested information from their website at about 7pm on a Saturday evening. To my surprise they actually called me in less than 10 minutes from pre I requested information from their website at about 7pm on a Saturday evening. To my surprise they actually called me in less than 10 minutes from pressing the submit button. James Williams was the salesman that I was assigned to. He was very thorough from the start answering my many questions because I had never leased before. He explained everything and made sure that I understood every aspect of the deal. It was hard for me to let someone else search for my perfect car. But after giving him my precise features and options, James found a vehicle that met all of my criteria. He delivered the vehicle to my home to test drive then we signed the paperwork in the comfort of our home(NOT A DEALERSHIP!!!!!). This has been the best car purchase that I have ever done.
