The initial sale of the vehicle went well, but the follow up after the purchase was a complete failure on there behalf. The vehicle was shipped a week later then what I'd been told because someone dropped th up after the purchase was a complete failure on there behalf. The vehicle was shipped a week later then what I'd been told because someone dropped the ball and hadn't corresponded withe finance to finalize everything even though it was all done on my end. Then upon receiving the vehicle they dropped the ball again by sending it without a temp tag and plate, upon realizing this I notified them provided them with an address multiple times for the overnight shipment of the temp tag and plate and low and behold they send it to the wrong address, so I inquired about it and no one was available as usual or cared. I went ahead and took it upon myself to reroute the package so that I could at somepoint actually drive the vehicle. So here we are 3 weeks after the initial sale and I can't drive the vehicle because of their lack of accountability and professionalism. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone I know. More
