way to long I had to take my car in three times to get my new car fixed. they fixed on the third trip. I had to spend over 6 hours in the car and two tanks of gas I had to take my car in three times to get my new car fixed. they fixed on the third trip. I had to spend over 6 hours in the car and two tanks of gas. On third trip my car got fixed after I had to sit there for 2 1/2 hours for a very simple fix. The seats that we sit in are not made to sit in very long. I have a very bad back and I am a disabled Vet and the seats suck. Put chairs in because we are maid to sit so long. You also need to stop over booking. I had to be there at 12 pm and my sat there for the first hour each time I came. This is the second time in the last 4 years that I have bought a car. But after all of this I do not think that I will be back for another car. More

Car service The service on my car was actually faster than expected which was a great surprise. The price of the service was like sticker shock. I went there expecting to just have the tires rotated, fluids checked and changed and new windshield wipers installed. I left with having to have an alignment done and a new battery to replace the older battery. I left over $500.00 poorer. That part didn’t make me happy but since I’m not a mechanic I have to trust people I don’t know that are mechanics to be honest when saying I need replacement parts. It seems like every single time I go to have my car serviced I end up having to shell out unexpected money. My car should have practically all new parts under the hood after all the money I’ve spent. I’m still confused in why a battery cost me over $250.00. More

Timely, professional, friendly! We always value the service at Kia if Greenville. What else can we say about these great people? Making a requirement of 25 words is ridiculous. I have try to do the go service at Kia if Greenville. What else can we say about these great people? Making a requirement of 25 words is ridiculous. I have try to do the good review on the KIA service, but there are too many stipulations to do this and that. People have lives and want to be done quickly, abut at the same time these employees need to hear a good word about their work. Please make it simpler for them. More
