Terris Rease and James Power took great care of me. I traveled 80 miles one way to Pensacola to look at 4 used GMC Acadias that I had researched online. The one I purchased was at Allen Turner Hyundai I traveled 80 miles one way to Pensacola to look at 4 used GMC Acadias that I had researched online. The one I purchased was at Allen Turner Hyundai, and the other 3 were at a dealership down the street. My circumstances dictated that I purchase and return home with a vehicle that day if at all possible. At the other dealership, 2 of their Acadias were in the shop undergoing certification inspections and were not available for me to see. The salesman could not locate the keys for the other one (not his fault-he tried his best), but by the time he called saying he had the keys, I had closed the deal with Terris and James was preparing the paperwork. We got the deal done in a very expeditious manner, and shortly I was on my way back home. Thanks! More

However, my experience with Allen Turner Hyundai could not have been better! I initially came to look at used cars. Joey Evers took his time with me, questioning me about my wants and needs and concerns, explaining the features of the different models as well as summarizing their similarities and differences, answering all my questions completely and honestly, and then making a well-considered recommendation based on all we discussed. He even allowed me to drive the car home to make sure it fit into my little garage! At no time did I feel pressured. Finally, he presented me with an offer that I could not refuse. All in all, it was an "easy day," and I now have a brand new Santa Fe that is perfect for me and that I love to drive. More
