Not pleased at all! I purchased an extended warranty on a F350 diesel. Was told by James Lee any hail damage and dents 4" or smaller were covered. Not the case! Was told that a small tailgate sent, and rear F350 diesel. Was told by James Lee any hail damage and dents 4" or smaller were covered. Not the case! Was told that a small tailgate sent, and rear door panel sent was not covered. After I was told they fixed ALL the dents. I have purchased over $300,000.00 in vehicles for my business from Phil long ford, and always gave them all of my service repair work on the fleet, time for a change unfortunately. More
