Had a recall on seatbelt part, wait for months for the part. Finally got the SUV for repairs. While fixing they broke another part. It was to be done on Wednesday after the Tuesday we brought in. Well part. Finally got the SUV for repairs. While fixing they broke another part. It was to be done on Wednesday after the Tuesday we brought in. Well, they didn't call. I call they don't tell me they broke a part they just the part didn't come in. Call next day no part. I called the following day, car still not fixed. Found out they had broken this part, not knowing when it be in. Asked when maybe a week. I said needed the car. Total me I could have a rental car for $50 a day and I was to call and make arrangements rental car business. I told oh No. That is your job and I needed a 7 passenger vehicle. Eventually I got what I needed. Then when I picked my SUV up, It has a light color interior, the driver door handle was a greasy mess, The steering wheel was total dirty. Was not happy at all. Most likely they lost a customer because of this, unless I would have to come back. Has nothing to do with the sales people. Poor in the parts and service area. More

Ysou Anderson did all the work. He deserves the credit for this sale. He was the only one in constant contact with me during this whole process.
