Jim was great! The thermostat unit in our 2022 CX30 took 4 hours to install, twice the original 2 hour estimate. My impression was still pretty good: Jim offered to let me use a courtesy car to grab lunch and kept me updated as to the progress. The Dunkin donuts in the waiting area kept calling my name but I only had one. My poor self control wasn't KR's problem!!! Also, while Jim was my primary point of contact, the rest of the folks in the service department were very courteous and helpful. Honestly it almost wasn't normal!!! (As though KRM moved to Stepford - or maybe I got sent back to 1950.) More
