If I could rate them lower than a one star, I would. Was in communication with 4 total people from the dealership (every time I received an email it was from someone new) regarding a truck they had on Was in communication with 4 total people from the dealership (every time I received an email it was from someone new) regarding a truck they had on the lot. I advised that due to my work schedule (when speaking to them on a Friday) I would not be able to come and check it out until the following Monday (living over an hour away). On Saturday I was notified they sent the vehicle to auction as I negotiated with them to get it back as I was planning to come and look at it on Monday. No response from the dealership until the following Wednesday when they stated they will be getting it back the upcoming Saturday. I communicated with who I later found out was the GM of this store and informed him that I would be in on the following Monday to test drive the vehicle as I was seriously interested which he confirmed and told me to ask specifically for their new car manager directly when I arrived. On Monday I drove over an hour and arrived at the dealership at 11:15am and asked for Jayden the Used Car manager who came out to shake my hand and immediately handed me off to a salesman (James - who was very helpful and apologetic throughout this whole ordeal). After waiting til noon to see the vehicle I was advised it was "still in transit" and should be here within the hour. I took my girls to lunch to burn the hour and returned. We then sat around until 3:50pm with still no vehicle before walking out. They claimed they would "comp" our meal due to the inconvenience, but I still have yet to receive any "comp" or payment. Expect to be handed off, passed around, lied to and very unprofessional communication when dealing with this dealership. I emailed the GM when I had returned with my disgust and disappointment in an effort to allow him to explain what had happened, and this time again was handed off to receive an email from another individual who apparently did not know the events that occurred earlier in the week. I will NEVER step foot in this dealership again. More

James is an exceptional salesperson. He was not pushy during the process which helps a lot when attempting to purchase a vehicle.
