On my first appointment they diagnosed the problem. The dealership was super busy but I still felt like a priority. Jamie was able to order the part and set me up with an appointment 2 days later. It was a big job, they had to replace the evaporator core, recharge the ac and replace a tire. I planned on leaving my car there at least until the evening or even overnight but to surprise they finished the job around 3pm! Even with a complimentary car wash! Super happy with my experience, customer service, video from the mechanic and my freezing cold air conditioning. Thanks again! More
