GMC Purchase I went into the front office to inquire about the new upgrades to the 2020 Terrain and when they would start receiving them on the lot. James Durham I went into the front office to inquire about the new upgrades to the 2020 Terrain and when they would start receiving them on the lot. James Durham was very friendly and personable. He checked his computer--there was one on the lot. He brought the car to the front, and it had everything I wanted. About two hours later I drove that car home!!!
