Lease of new Su I dreaded the time when I had to turn in my 2016 Forester for a new leased vehicle. I chose to lease a 2019 Subaru Forester. My salesperson was Sam I dreaded the time when I had to turn in my 2016 Forester for a new leased vehicle. I chose to lease a 2019 Subaru Forester. My salesperson was Sam Caruso and he was so helpful to me! He was very knowledgeable of my chosen car and answered all of my questions even if some of them were stupid questions. He explained things thoroughly about the 2019 model and calmed me down regarding various updates on the new model. I appreciated that he also did not do the “let me check with the manager” spiel while completing my paperwork. He has followed up with me to see how things are going since I now have the car.. I found the staff there to be very friendly and helpful. The Service Department has always been efficient, friendly, and kind whenever I took my 2016 Forester in for service.
