Purchased my second Alfa here. Was trying to be loyal, but had a terrible experience with the second Alfa. It currently has warning messages on even though the car was at the deale Was trying to be loyal, but had a terrible experience with the second Alfa. It currently has warning messages on even though the car was at the dealer for 2 days, but it wasn’t fixed. The dealer isn’t very responsive at all, and I tried copying the GM and everyone else I could find. The only positive here is the sales person, her name is Somphet. She always tries her best, but it is the only one I would ever si bussines with. The sales manager, his name is Adam ignored all of my emails and text messages regarding the issue as well as pricing the car for a replacement. Terrible, just terrible way to do buss. I cannot believe this is a Jim Ellis dealer since Mr Ellis was always all about the customer. More
