I'd looked around on the web and at numerous other local dealerships. I'd been searching for just the right vehicle to fit my budget and circumstances. I didn't feel like being hassled by a pushy salesperson to just buy any car. When the salesperson greeted my niece Adriane and I; I was short on time, patience, and fixed/limited funding. To my surprise, I walked into Braman BMW and was warmly greeted by Jamal Alsafeer wearing a big, bright, and genuine smile; with a heart to match. He wasn't pushy, he inquired about my needs and actually listened to what I was looking for. He took notes and pulled up several options and worked with us with the patience of the Bible character Job. My ultimate goal was to replace my luxury automobile of 18 years with the best luxury automobile I could find ... within my budget. I not only found the car of my dreams; 2014 328i BMW Sedan - mineral white, with sable leather; I had the best automotive buying experience anywhere ... right at Braman Motorcars; then I've had at any dealership. Jamal Alsafeer, Phillip Roe, and Kevin V. Henry made all of my automotive desires come to full fruition and welcome me to the Braman Motorcars Family. Even though they were businessmen; they were intrinsically interested in my circumstances and how they could make everything work out ... mutually beneficial for all. I've never meet such a wonderful group of men who cared so much for their customers and satisfying their every automotive needs!!! They took my "square peg" and fitted it into the "circle of a deal" that I needed to happen. I've never cried so many "tears of joy"! I had been looking for a very specific BMW for about four months. During this time I had spoken to a large number of different BMW dealers across the country, taken a number of test drives and made offers o months. During this time I had spoken to a large number of different BMW dealers across the country, taken a number of test drives and made offers on a few vehicles. The level of service and attention I received varied from dealer to dealer. When I called Braman BMW of West Palm Beach regarding a car that I had seen advertised on the BMW USA website that I started to understand what customer service meant. During the first phone conversation I had a fair amount of questions. The salesperson said he would find the answers and call me back in five minutes. I was shocked when he did! Within a span of about 25 minutes, we had 3 or four conversations, agreed on a price and set the financing. Over the next day I had no fewer then three phone calls to follow up with me and make sure I had a pleasant experience. Two days later I flew into the West Palm Beach airport first thing on a Saturday morning and Jamal Alsafeer picked me up in the car I was about to purchase. I have to say based upon the description over the phone the vehicle exceeded my expectations. This was a certified pre-owned vehicle but for all intense purposes it was a new car. Jamal reviewed the car with me and I took it for a test drive. Again the car preformed as new. Upon arriving at the dealership I mentioned to Jamal a slight vibration when I applied the brakes. Within three minutes, a mechanic, a manager and the finance manager all arrived to look over the car and assure me that everything would be taken care of immediately. This was first thing on a Saturday morning. Unheard of where I am from. As it turned out this was a two year old car that only had 2,500 miles on it so it had not been used much and a little rust had built up on the brake rotors. They cleaned off the rotors and the problem went away. We filled out the paper work, all the while being well attended to, and they had me back to the airport in time to catch my return flight. Before I stepped off the plane back home I had a message from Beth at Dealers Choice Transportation that my car had been loaded onto an enclosed trailer and was already in route to my home to be delivered Tuesday morning. I have purchased a number of cars before but I have never had an experience as I have with everyone at Braman Motorcars of Palm Beach. Despite the distance they are now my dealer of choice. I have already recommended Jamal and this dealership to a number of people. Now if I can just get them to open up in the New York Metropolitan Area. I recently purchased a certified pre-owned BMW from Braman Motorcars, after having seen the vehicle on the BMW factory website. Living 4 1/2 hours away, on the west coast of Florida, I negotiated the Braman Motorcars, after having seen the vehicle on the BMW factory website. After agreeing upon a price, I traveled to West Palm Beach to take delivery of the vehicle. Having never dealt with Braman, I was unsure as to what to expect face-to-face with its staff. Upon arrival, I was greeted by client advisor Jamal Al-Safeer, who I found to be most courteous, friendly, and professional. He dealt exclusively with me for the entire time I was at the dealership, taking his time to show me the features of the vehicle, patiently answering my many questions, and joining me in a test drive to assure my full satisfaction with the vehicle. While I was driving home he called me midway to ask how I was enjoying the vehicle. Moreover, since the purchase, he has been very responsive via telephone calls, texts, and e-mails to inquiries I have had upon becoming acclimated to the new vehicle. Needless to say, I was totally satisfied with my delivery experience with Jamal and would refer others to him for a vehicle purchase.
