I have to contact them back again and again in the first 30 days after that all been silent , nobody contact me back with any updates of my missing parts. Before they get you money they will promise you anything ( ex , the missing parts will come tomorrow , you can come pick up next day , I can order them with overnight shipping ) , After they got your money they will treats you like a stupid person. You just have to beg for the help. If you want more answer on the phone , they just going to hang up the line !!! More

Sorry to say that I refused to wait 2 hours to have my tire checked and service. Every time I schedule an appoint the wait time is ridiculous .if I have an appointment for that time slot why am I having t tire checked and service.
