From the receptionist Jalissa who looked up the car I was looking for to Giovanni who located the car and was my sales agent. He located a new car, similar to the one I wanted so I could test it out. Eliezer assisted in getting me the right deal and completed my finance paperwork. Mike once again assisted with the loaner paperwork until my new car is ready.
