My daughter and I had been searching for her first car for quite some time, but we struggled to find the right fit. That all changed when we discovered Serra Buick GMC in Rochester Hills. From the moment for quite some time, but we struggled to find the right fit. That all changed when we discovered Serra Buick GMC in Rochester Hills. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt completely at ease—an experience that was far from what I had anticipated. We initially worked with John Swanson and later with Jake, and both were fantastic. They provided valuable information, treated us with respect, and made the entire process pressure-free and enjoyable. With their guidance, we quickly narrowed down our options and found the perfect car. Before we knew it, everything was taken care of, and we were driving home in her new vehicle. Now, a month later, I can confidently say it was one of the best purchasing experiences we've had. I highly recommend Serra Buick GMC, as well as John and Jake Swanson, for anyone in search of a great car and an exceptional buying experience. Thanks, John and Riley More
