2.5 hours for an oil change? Had a 9am appointment for an oil change. Confirmed when making appointment this should only take an hour right? Said yes maybe hour and fifteen with Had a 9am appointment for an oil change. Confirmed when making appointment this should only take an hour right? Said yes maybe hour and fifteen with wash - ok cool! Arrived on time for appointment - two and a half hours later!!! It was done!! For an oil change, seems excessive! No real explanation given as to why took so long. Things happen I get it, but this isn't the first time this has happened here. What's the point of having an appointment? More
