Robert Brogden Buick GMC was an incredible experience! Jake Blackman was a great agent to work with. The dealership was busy. There was a big sale going on. That's why I was there. Jake and I talked briefly about what I was looking for and about the two trades I would be using. He clapped me on the shoulder with his hand and said he had just the thing. It was on the overflow lot and he would be right back. Craig (Blacklidge) checked in on me twice to make sure I was comfortable. Jake came back with a 2018 Canyon. 4WD, black, black trim package, bed liner, step runners... It would be mine. It was absolutely beautiful. All the extras. I can't thank Jake, Craig and everyone who made this such a wonderful experience enough. I would recommend the Brogden team to everyone. More

Bait and switch The new sales manager from Florida had nothing to say positive about a pristine 2011 Yukon with 87,000 miles, except there was some dog on the back of The new sales manager from Florida had nothing to say positive about a pristine 2011 Yukon with 87,000 miles, except there was some dog on the back of one third row seat. Other dealers were in awe of the vehicle. Your game is to offer good deals on new and then pound on the used car to make your money. The sales manager would not even give me the time of day after I stood my ground. Jake and the lady who demonstrated the setup of the Yukon were wonderful. They even sent some big guy out to tell my auto was high mileage. We had already been to two other dealerships, but they did not have the colors we wanted. I am President of a bank and I would want to know my staff treated people wrong even though it hurts. That is why I filled this out. Gene Dikeman More
