Spoke with them over the phone multiple times about the condition of this car I was interested in. Was told it was fantastic etc.etc. Drove 3.5 hours to come see the car. Sales person was late to appointment and wouldn’t have said anything to me if I didn’t say something, then made me wait another 20 minutes when I Had already set an appointment 2 days before. Brought car up and I drove it, something didn’t feel right, pulled over in a parking lot to scope the car out. (Other than all the scratches, lighter burn, cracked screen on dashboard, broken plastic seat covering, ripped steering wheel I had already noticed) I noticed the car had been in some kind of accident because the panels on the back weren’t lining up. Then I saw something move when I opened the back hatch, upon further inspection it was shattered glass that cut my finger on. I drove it back to the dealership and Told them “how the test drive went”. I was told by Danny that he needs new glasses and can’t see well so he couldn’t see all the damage I was talking about when we had spoke over the phone and text messaged one another multiple times(over 10 times). Then he got his sales manager Jaime who said “oh yeah the service department broke the window and I guess we will have to talk to them about it and see if we might be able to fix that”. He also told me after telling him about what condition the car was in, “what do you want from me? The car is used” I told him I would have liked to not have been told the car was immaculate and a perfect car and then drove 3.5 hours one way, taken the day off of work and drove out here.” Neither of them said anything and just looked at each other. I then said you guys have your keys and I’m done here. More

I saw a 2017 Ram 1500 over this past weekend on car gurus from north end motors, I contacted north end motors on a Sunday, and i immediately responded too by Danny. We scheduled a time on Monday for me to g from north end motors, I contacted north end motors on a Sunday, and i immediately responded too by Danny. We scheduled a time on Monday for me to get in there and take a look at the truck and take it for a test drive. I'll do you one better, my appt with Danny wasnt supposed to be until 5pm, Danny contacted me and told me he was receiving alot of inquiries about the truck, could I get in there earlier, so I was able to square things away with my job and get in their earlier and low and behold, we crunched the numbers and I'll be picking up my new truck later today. Also I would like to also give a big nod to Sales Manager Jamie Kynett, i bought my previous car from north end motors as well from then salesman jamie kynett, we remembered each other, had a nice conversation about life and at the end of the day danny is the one doing the number crunching and coming up with a deal that works for you financially. Jamie is a great guy, down to earth, friendly, doesnt push you, but works for you. More
