We had done our homework before hand and knew that the price listed was extremely competitive and when Jamie explained the price is the price, it takes that hassle out of the equation and that is a good thing. Additionally, we asked to have a couple of minor dents like hail damage taken out of the hood, when we picked up the car a few days later, it looked as good as if it were new. I have to say in 35 years of purchasing vehicles of many types, this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with any dealership bar none. Stop in, ask for Jamie- trust me you will not be disappointed. More

Tiffany O’Hearn helped me with accurate and honest up to date inventory information. When I arrived the car was exactly as advertised. I met with Jamie Kynett who walked me through the process and a thorough test drive (on route 128 in rush hour traffic, he is a brave soul!). Jamie is a great customer advocate and a normal person with whom you can have a normal conversation. The price and fees were excellent so I bought the car on the spot. Zero pressure, zero hassle, no haggling, no “two hour sales pitch from the finance person trying to sell warranties or other extras”. I’ve bought many, many cars both new and used. These folks are the best ! I recommend them and will return for future business. More

My only concern was the finance man I had a positive experience at Northend Motors. I felt like the salesman , Jamie Kynett, was honest and upfront. My only concern was the finance man who had us signing all the paperwork tried to get me to take a 5.74% loan rate. My credit score is excellent and I felt like I should get a better rate. Initially he told me he searched lots of banks and this was the best rate. When I decided to look into it myself, he suddenly found a bank with a 3.74 % rate. I’m not sure why he would do this as it shouldn’t bring in extra extra money to the dealership. More
