MY NEW 2019 LEXUS ES350 When I decided to get a new Lexus I wasn't sure if I wanted to purchase or lease, but Rob (Robert LaMarr) explained the Pros and Cons of leasing versu When I decided to get a new Lexus I wasn't sure if I wanted to purchase or lease, but Rob (Robert LaMarr) explained the Pros and Cons of leasing versus buying. Rob was very knowledgeable on all the latest improvements in the new 2019 cars and allowed me to test drive several cars so that I could experience some of the new safety features available. I ultimately decided to lease my new car and, although this was my first time to lease, Rob made the process of leasing very easy. When it came time to do the financial matters, Nicole DeVos was exceptionally proficient, professional, and courteous. When I took delivery of my new ES350 Rob personally connected my i-phone to the car phone system and also explained how to operate several of the car's functions. In summary, the process of getting a new car at Lexus of Melbourne was a real pleasure. Although this was the third Lexus purchased at Lexus of Melbourne, I am certain Rob and Nicole will be there to help me with additional new cars. More
