Arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Told Jamie that I did not want tires rotated, just bought them 2 days ago. (EVERETT $400 cheaper than Subaru on same tires Goodyear). Jamie stated that the tires were rotated, but at the next scheduled service I would need an air and cabin filter, (slightly dirty at this visit). This was my final complimentary sales maintenance visit. At the previous service maintenance visit Subaru told me the exact same thing. Is the cabin and air filter looking exactly the same on two different visits 5 months apart. Or does Subaru just want to sell me their products to benefit the dealership? The previous service they vacuumed my Ascent but did not wash it. At this service they washed Ascent but did not vacuum it. What has happened to this service department, new management? Staff was friendly and waiting area was extremely nice, but disappointed with the overall communication for maintenance service on this visit. More

Service department left oil pan drain plug loose to the point where my vehicle was leaking oil. I shouldn’t have to ensure my drain plug is properly torqued after paying for an oil change.
