Horrible Customer service is very bad and unprofessional, careless. We did oil change, but after we got back home found out they didn’t change the oil but ch Customer service is very bad and unprofessional, careless. We did oil change, but after we got back home found out they didn’t change the oil but charged us for $38 for the service fee. The oil still dirty. We went back , told them they didn’t change the oil but how can they still charge us and told us the oil got changed? They didn't even apologize and explain,Just changed and oil and let us leave that’s very unbelievable and Unacceptable! I never heard this happened before. We are the most likely to be victims of financial scams. I really think your company should to do the investigation about it. Otherwise I don’t think your business can go very long with this kind of unprofessional and dishonesty behaviors. More

With appointment, still had to what 30-40 min in line. My only issue was, when setting up appointment for service, you shouldn’t have to wait additional 30-40 minutes before talking to a representative. BAD SERVICE Told them to change brakes and they only changed rear brakes, had to go to different shop. I put so much money into my car to keep it in good shape. Check engine light Jae reset my check engine light and asked me to call him if it turned back on because he knew what pet needed to be replaced .
