I came in for a service appointment and was in and out pretty quickly. The service center was clean and everyone was wearing masks. I was a little uncomfortable with how many people were in the office whe pretty quickly. The service center was clean and everyone was wearing masks. Jae, was helpful but unfortunately I was not happy with the service that I got. I was told one thing on the phone (by someone that was not Jae Lee) and then after making the 35 mile trip to the Service Dep the service that I got. I was told one thing on the phone (by someone that was not Jae Lee) and then after making the 35 mile trip to the Service Dept. I wait an hour for them to come tell me something different and only because I got so upset about being lied too did they do something else to resovle my issue and it was another hour or more wait for it to be done. The work needed was truly minimal, but I understand I am not the only customer and I know the people working to repair the cars are backed up. So I am not expecting 5 min service but 2-3 hours for something that could have been handled in about 30 min was upsetting. I hope that when I go back to give them a 2nd chance I have a much better expeience. KarenDC More
