One Toyota uses electronic filing of all the paperwork, a total of 19 documents, some of which have multiple pages for the buyer to sign. The sales lady, Sue Lo, made the process so efficient, and in les than 3 hours I was out driving my new vehicle. I also need to mention that there were 3 pleasant experiences: (1) the fact that I had to wait for my car to come, I was told that the car is not on the lot upfront. No pressure to go to the dealership and see if I like something else, just told me the date the car will come and when it came (a week earlier than the ETA), I got a text message immediately. (2) The trade-in and (3) setting up the infotainment connections with my phone. Thank you Sue. More
