The reason went i have them one star because of their credit card fees. They don't have a policy of letting their customers know in advance so when you go and pay and don't have your debit card or check credit card fees. They don't have a policy of letting their customers know in advance so when you go and pay and don't have your debit card or check book, you're automatically charged for using your credit card. It would be different if they let the customers know in advance when they drop their car off or while talking to a service manager. They are the first person you talk to when you drop off the car. I just felt nickel and some dime there. I know they must make a crap load of money off of credit card fees. More

Picking up around 4:30PM and didn’t really get to leave until around 5PM. Took vehicle (just bought w/ 60,000 miles) in after hearing engine noise that sounds like a tappet noise coming from rear right side. I stated this was reason I brought it in and that it does it inter hearing engine noise that sounds like a tappet noise coming from rear right side. I stated this was reason I brought it in and that it does it intermittently, but as oil warms up & gets warm, it's louder. Got it back & they said it was some loose piece of tape ticking fan. Clearly they did not drive it & only put on machine & charged me to remove piece of tape & check tire pressure. The vehicle still makes noise. They need to find problem & fix because that's unacceptable. More
