In the space of one weekend in October 2016 we purchased two lightly-used Subarus (2015 Forester and 2016 Impreza), and have returned several times for added trim, paint and upholstery treatment, and accessories. Before we purchased, the sales agents made sure that we were getting the best vehicles fitting our requirements and that we received a fair price for our trade-ins, and went out of their way, even after the sales had been finalized, to make sure we got everything we might want or need for our vehicles. I have purchased 10-12 new vehicles in my lifetime and my buying experience at Tucson Subaru was by far the best I have ever had. This is do to the outstanding people at Tucson Subaru. The sales manager, Terry Iseminger, and the sales person, Kevin Woessner, are the most professional, courteous and competent sales people I have ever met. Service satisfaction The tires on my Outback 2013 were getting a little long in the tooth so I decided a couple of weeks ago to come in to the dealership and talk with Dan The tires on my Outback 2013 were getting a little long in the tooth so I decided a couple of weeks ago to come in to the dealership and talk with Dan Ford. I had conferred with Dan after I had purchased my Subaru back in February about maintaining my new ride at peak efficiency. Dan had a printed flyer with the available tires for light off-roading for my needs. I found a tire that meets my requirements and Dan scheduled my service date. At the dealership today and just as Dan had estimated, he had me back on the road after the tire change, 4-wheel alignment and oil/filter change in three hours. Again, satisfied with the great service available at Tucson Subaru. Thanks to all of the friendly sales/service personnel. More
