The environment at the dealership was very friendly and every employee would stop by to say hello. Purchased a new 2013 Avalon at Continental Toyota. I started off working with the BDC manager Jackie Dybas. Via e-mail she answered all my detailed questions and located the exact car I wanted. After setting me up with a sales person, she continued to make sure the process was going smoothly and made her own efforts to make sure the deal got done. Most importantly, after I purchased the vehicle I still had a few questions and the great customer service continued the same as before I purchased the vehicle. I have recently bought the used 2010 Toyota Highlander. I found a vehicle on Edmunds.com and sent an email for a more information. After initial queries i started talking to Used Car Manager CJ Miller who helped me and gave me a confidence about the vehicle i was interested in. He helped me every step of the way knowing that its an internet transaction and I am buying a vehicle without even looking at it. The whole process was extremely smooth and the entire team of Continental Toyota specifically CJ Miller was extremely gracious and considerate. The vehicle was shipped from the dealership and i received the delivery yesterday and CJ followed me with an email that if i have recieved the vehicle and how do i like it. I just wanted to tell all the people reading this review that buy with confidence at COntinental Toyota because I found CJ Miller very honest and helpfull. I bought the car without even looking at it and now that i have a car its more than my expectation and received everything that CJ promised. Once again Thanks CJ and Jacky. Wonderful experience More

I am treated with royalty everytime I go to Continental. I have purchased many cars and was never treated as wonderful at any dealer ship as I am treated at Continental Toyota and I will tell all my friends and always buy my cars at Continental Toyota for the best deal, also Jacqueline Dybas was very informative, helpful, patient, and very polite to me. Ed wilczek was very knowledgible, patient, and very helpful with regards to helping me pair my phone to the car. The Rav 4 is the best car I ever purchased. Chuck was very helpful,polite and knowligible with any questions I had. I never new buying a SUV at a dealer ship could be so rewarding and Continental Toyota made that happen. I am very satisfied with my deal and service at Continental Toyota. I am not very good at expressing my feelings on paper and I want this review to be accepted or I will be very disappointed if the people that made me happy and satisfied do not get the recognition they deserve.
