A neighboring town had a 3 hour public service demo on electric and hybrid car. A young man , Jacob, walked us thru the process of hybrid cars. I had the pleasure of working with Jake Smith at Handy Toyota. He was so knowledgeable and easy to work with it made it the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had! By the end of the sale I was calling him the "Tacoma King" because he knew more about the truck than the person that designed it. I also worked with Eric McLaren, Jamie Shea, and Adam Luneau and every one of them were really helpful in explaining all my options to me. The way that Handy Toyota bends over backwards to go the extra mile was refreshing, and will keep me there as a customer for a long haul. Jacob was really helpful and patient in helping me pick the right vehicle for me. He is quite knowledgeable about hybrids and always made himself available; I never felt pressured.
