Positive first experience buying a new car Since this is my first time buying a new car and I have nothing to compare my experience to, I felt like it was somewhere between a good and excellent Since this is my first time buying a new car and I have nothing to compare my experience to, I felt like it was somewhere between a good and excellent experience (4 or 5 stars). I felt like the salesman, Jacob, was nice and helpful. During the whole process, there was a little wait time, but it didn't take too long since I knew what car I wanted before I got there. In each step of the process, since it is a business, they push for selling you more, or trying to have you lease or finance, so it is helpful knowing exactly what you want or don't want, and I didn't feel like they were overly pushy. They tried to make the sell and if you said no, they just moved on to the next thing. Overall I felt good about the experience and got a new car at a great price (after all the extra add-ons, taxes and fees, I think I paid about as much as what some other dealerships were trying to sell the same car for before taxes and fees). I like that the dealership uses surveys/customer satisfaction to decide commission instead of sales. More

Overall, the experience was fine. I feel i got a good desl and Javob was very knowledgeable. The process took way too long however. It must have been 45 minutes to see the finance guy which is a bit disr desl and Javob was very knowledgeable. The process took way too long however. He definitely knew his inventory and answered all my questions, He found the perfect car for me on the lot and demoed all the features during the test drive. I didn't buy it right away as I went into the visit determined to buy a Honda. After test driving the Kia, I went to the Honda dealership and test drive the car I thought I wanted. There was no comparison. I whispered to the person I was with, "let's go back and see Jake" and bought the Kia Niro. It is a great car and I love it. Knowing that it is a hybrid is frosting on the cake. More
