Went in not really sure about whether or not to buy. Was really interested in the Subaru Outback. Test drove a Forrester and an Outback. However, as we were dealing with Jake, he went back to check with the manager on what we offered and he came back and said that there were 2 Outbacks available. Must have just been delivered. Needless to say I was excited and purchased a silver Outback that day! Very pleased with the entire process from start to finish. I am sorry I don't remember the name of the sales manager. He was very helpful also. More
