When an issue came up with delivery, Jacob personally brought the new vehicle to our house and picked up our previous RX 350. He’s also arranged for D&M to handle drop-off and pickup on other vehicles we’ve leased over the years, which has been a real convenience. I especially appreciate that all the paperwork is handled through DocuSign. It saves a lot of time by eliminating the need to meet in person. Jacob makes the leasing process straightforward and reliable. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a professional, responsive leasing experience. More
