He kept me updated and informed every step of the way. He called me immediately when they were scheduling the first round of test drives and having attended the training in California, was a knowledgeable and enthusiastic salesman to do the test drive with. We never felt any pressure from Jacob, only excitement. If he didn't know the answer to something, he found out on the spot. He is a good listener and follows up on what he hears you say. He immediately got us all the details on what was coming in, we found the perfect one and we are officially the first Naples Jaguar I-Pace on the road. I would call Jacob again in a heartbeat and would gladly refer people to work with him as well. And Jaguar's first step into the Electric Vehicle ring? Outstanding! More

Extremely satisfied with the entire process I have been looking for a car for about 4 months. I have been to every new car dealership in the area. This Jaguar dealership had everything I wanted. I have been looking for a car for about 4 months. I have been to every new car dealership in the area. This Jaguar dealership had everything I wanted. Beautiful cars, priced much lower than I thought, and the service was excellent. I have bought cars before and have had the miserable all day experience, but this dealership was excellent. I took a test drive, came back the next day and decided to purchase the XJL. I was taken care of, and out of there in less than an hour with my new car. I must say, I absolutely LOVE the car. Thank you Naples Jaguar for making our buying experience the best ever. More
