Originally from the Champaign-Urbana area in Central Illinois, Jaclyn moved to the East Coast of Florida in 2011, where she began her automotive career with Chevrolet. Over the years, she has remained passionate about the General Motors brand, accumulating a wealth of experience and expertise. Johnny was fantastic, and so was the sales manager Joe. Johnny was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on his lot, and took the time to learn about us and our needs. My buying process could not have been easier, just as good as it gets. My interaction began with Jaclyn who provided me with honest and helpful information to facilitate my purchase process. My Salesperson, Cameron was kind, friendly and professional, he is a product knowledge genius with instant and honest answers to all questions. Melvin, the Business Manager is very friendly and professional as well, he is extremely organized and was prepared to finalize my purchase leaving me upbeat and delighted. Joe, the General Sales Manager is an awesome leader and his desire to make a deal in a professional and transparent manner clearly comes from his heart, not a high pressure training manual as most other dealerships seemingly still embrace. Joe clearly cares about his dealership and it shows as soon as you walk in the door. The facility is clean, well organized and professional. . Friendly staff, no pressure atmosphere, Cameron was upfront and worked with me to get the deal I wanted.
