This was my first time visiting this dealership. I have bought several cars in the past (all from different establishments) and my experience at Alfa Romeo of Warwick was by far the best. I had plans to visit many other dealerships yesterday but bought a new Giulia without ever leaving this place. There was zero pressure to buy and all aspects of the process from the moment I walked in the door were handled expertly. They also follow through after the purchase and take the time to see if any questions have come up. I worked mostly with Andy and Maz, both exceptionally helpful, but every single team member I interacted with was great. Jackie S in the finance department offered extremely helpful advice as well, and made everything go as smoothly as possible. I was able to leave with my new car immediately but was unable to because I had driven another car there. Vinny was sent to pick up myself and a small child to take us back to the dealership- he called in advance and was very nice to both of us. I would definitely buy from this dealership in the future.
